How many pre-cuts do I need?
Charm Packs
A charm pack consists of 5″ squares or 3/4 of a yard and generally contain 42 pieces.
1 pack = baby quilt
2 packs = crib
3 packs = lap
4 packs = twin

Jelly Roll
A jelly roll consists of 2.5″ strips the width of the fabric or 2 3/4’s yard and generally contains 40 to 42 pieces.
1 jelly roll = twin quilt
2 jelly rolls = queen
3 jelly rolls = king

Layer Cake
A layer cake consists of 10″ squares or 2 3/4’s yard of fabric and generally contains 40 to 42 pieces.
1 layer cake = twin quilt
2 layer cakes = full/queen quilt
3 layer cakes = king quilt
